These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made with Luxury Golf Tours Asia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking with us, you agree to the payment, cancellation, and credit terms set out below.

1. Payment Terms

• 1.1 A 15% flexible deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services.
• 1.2 The remaining 85% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• 1.3 Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of confirmation.
• 1.4 Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of payments made.
• 1.5 All domestic and international flights booked by Luxury Golf Tours Asia and partners are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Cancellation & Credit Policy

All payments made to Luxury Golf Tours Asia are flexible deposits. Subject to the cancellation notice period outlined below, a defined percentage of the 85% balance may be retained as future travel credit.

2.1 Deposit

The 15% deposit is strictly a flexible deposit and non-transferable.

2.2 Cancellations Made 60+ Days Before Arrival

• 100% of the 85% balance (if paid) will be retained as credit.

2.3 Cancellations Made 45–59 Days Before Arrival

• 65% of the 85% balance will be retained as credit.

2.4 Cancellations Made 30–44 Days Before Arrival

• 45% of the 85% balance will be retained as credit.

2.5 Cancellations Made 15–29 Days Before Arrival

• 25% of the 85% balance will be retained as credit.

2.6 Cancellations Made 0–14 Days Before Arrival

• No refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Credit Conditions

• 3.1 Credit may be applied toward a future booking of equal or higher value.
• 3.2 Credit is valid for 12 months from the original arrival date.
• 3.3 Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• 3.4 Any price increases or supplier rate adjustments must be paid at the time of rebooking.
• 3.5 Supplier non-refundable policies may reduce the available credit amount where applicable.

4. Supplier Policies

Luxury Golf Tours Asia acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers, including hotels, golf courses, and transport providers. Supplier cancellation policies and non-refundable rates may override the above terms where applicable.

5. Travel Insurance

Luxury Golf Tours Asia strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and unforeseen circumstances.
